well...it happened a long time ago...which is like 4hours and 45 mins ago..but just listen..or...read...
Once upon a time..a boy named Jason Kang was doing his sit and reach(first item),he...ok lets cut this nonsense..I..stretched as far as i could and i only got 27...so then i ask for a permission to try again...this time..i really stretched till my muscles felt like hot charcoals..in the end i got 42 cm (A : WOW)..but i got muscle cram as punishment...so i was basically trying my best to keep the pain at bay the whole time...ok...let me tell you the results.
Shuttle run (A :WOW)9.57s
sit-ups (42:A:rest for 4 seconds till time out)
standing broad jump ( B:197cm:DAMN!)
INCLINE PULL UPS ( 42 : A :WOAH!)
